HOW WE SUPPORT YOUR PROJECT THROUGH PRODUCTION

Projects do not always begin at the same stage or with the same level of information.

ALBiDAY adapts the level of production support to the information available, project requirements and agreed scope. We can begin by reviewing what is currently available, help identify what should be clarified or confirmed next, and support the project as it moves toward production.

Structured where it reduces risk. Flexible where the project needs it.

SUPPORT AT DIFFERENT PROJECT STAGES

Early-Stage / Preliminary

When drawings, references or specifications are still developing, we can review the available information and identify the key points that may affect scope, material, production or pricing.

Where appropriate, the available information may also be used to establish a preliminary scope or budgetary pricing, with relevant assumptions clearly identified.

Quotation Ready

When sufficient project information is available, we help clarify quantities, materials, finishes, key dimensions, production requirements and commercial scope for quotation.

Any remaining assumptions or exclusions are identified so that the basis of the quotation is clear.

Production Ready

Before fabrication proceeds, the relevant drawings, specifications, materials, finishes, quantities and agreed revisions are confirmed according to the requirements of the project.

From there, ALBiDAY coordinates the agreed production process, milestones and quality checks through to delivery or handover.

HOW WE PREPARE AND COORDINATE PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS

01.

Project Requirement Review

Review the project stage, type, quantity, intended application, available information, delivery scope and relevant production requirements.

02.

Project Information, Drawing & Dimension Clarification

Review available drawings, references and specifications to identify missing, inconsistent or unclear information that may affect production, and highlight points requiring further clarification or confirmation.

03.

Material & Grade Confirmation

Review and confirm the relevant material type, grade, thickness and material characteristics according to the agreed project requirements and available options.

04.

Finish & Sample Confirmation

Confirm relevant colors, surface finishes, veneer, laminate, membrane or reference samples where applicable to the project.

05.

Production Feasibility Review

Review key dimensions, materials, construction considerations and available project information in relation to the intended production method, and identify items requiring further confirmation where necessary.

06.

Scope & Quotation Confirmation

Define the basis of quotation, including quantities, specifications, assumptions, included and excluded work, and the agreed commercial scope.

07.

Approved Drawing & Revision Control

Maintain clear references to confirmed drawings, specifications, materials, finishes and revisions relevant to each stage of production.

08.

Project Schedule & Milestones

Agree the key approval, production, inspection and delivery milestones according to the requirements and conditions of the project.

09.

Production Progress Coordination

Coordinate relevant progress checks against agreed milestones and communicate material updates as production develops.

10.

In-process Quality Check

Check relevant materials, dimensions, finishes and production details at agreed or appropriate stages of fabrication.

11.

Final QC Against Confirmed Requirements

Check completed work against the relevant confirmed drawings, specifications, finishes, samples and agreed project requirements before delivery.

12.

Delivery & Handover Coordination

Confirm quantities, packing and delivery requirements, destination and relevant handover information before dispatch. Delivery arrangements are structured according to the requirements of each project.

DIFFERENT PROJECTS NEED DIFFERENT LEVELS OF SUPPORT

The level of production support can be adapted according to the project stage, available information, quality expectations, finish requirements, timeline and delivery conditions.

CORE PRODUCTION SUPPORT

Depending on the agreed production scope, our core support may include:

PROJECT-SPECIFIC SUPPORT

Some projects require additional flexibility before the production scope is fully established. Depending on the project, this may include:

ENHANCED PROJECT SUPPORT

For projects requiring additional levels of quality control, finishing or coordination, further support can be discussed and incorporated into the project scope where appropriate.

This may include:

START WITH THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE

Share your latest drawings, references, specifications or project requirements with us.

We will review what is available, identify the information that matters for the next stage, and discuss an appropriate level of support for the project.
