The project team provided the intended dimensions, proportions, visual references and site layout requirements for
a custom stretch ceiling light to be completed before the event opening.
ALBiDAY developed the design into production-ready drawings and coordinated the relevant technical,
material and installation requirements with the production team.
The initial concept was reviewed and adjusted to suit the actual installation conditions, including overall dimensions,
weight, site layout and production constraints.
The construction approach was also considered to allow the piece to remain adaptable for potential future applications where appropriate.
Stretch ceiling material and lighting references were reviewed with the project team before production.
Physical samples and lighting effects were evaluated at the supplier’s showroom to confirm surface appearance,
translucency and the intended lighting effect.
ALBiDAY coordinated the stretch ceiling system, LED lighting, relevant components and fabrication schedule so that
the different production activities could progress toward the required event opening date.
The completed work was checked against the confirmed dimensions, material requirements, lighting components and agreed production information.
Delivery and installation were then coordinated at Gaysorn Amarin before the event opening.

The project team provided visual references, an existing cabinet reference, required proportions and key dimensions based on the project layout.
ALBiDAY developed the information into detailed drawings and adapted the design to suit the selected materials, production method and actual installation requirements.
The design was developed around the client’s intended appearance while resolving the dimensions, proportions and construction details required for production.
Key adjustments considered:
Physical material samples were provided for the project team to review surface character, colour and visual appearance before production.
The selected materials and finishes were then used as confirmed references during fabrication.
ALBiDAY coordinated the confirmed drawings, materials and production details with the maker and followed the fabrication process through finishing, packing and delivery.
The schedule was managed around the required event opening date.

The cabinet was completed, delivered and installed at Gaysorn Amarin in time for The Vintage Revival event.

A made-to-spec door project developed from provided design drawings, combining solid Thai teak and laminate-finished door systems.
ALBiDAY supported the project through drawing review, material coordination, production development, and quality control to translate the intended design into practical production.
The project involved two made-to-spec door systems developed from provided design drawings: solid Thai teak doors and laminate-finished doors.
ALBiDAY coordinated the production process from drawing review and material requirements through fabrication, finish review, and quality control.

Solid Thai teak was selected for the door system where the natural character of the timber formed an important part of the intended appearance.
The production process required coordination between material selection, timber construction, grain arrangement, fabrication, and finishing. Natural variation between individual pieces was reviewed throughout production to maintain an appropriate overall appearance.
During the finishing stage, the initial colour developed darker than the intended reference. The finish was reviewed and adjusted before completion to bring the final appearance closer to the intended direction while retaining the natural character of the teak.

The laminate-finished doors formed a separate production system within the same project, requiring a different approach to material detailing and fabrication from the solid timber doors.
ALBiDAY reviewed the provided drawings and coordinated production details including door construction, laminate application, edge conditions, and dimensional requirements before and during fabrication.
Production follow-up focused on maintaining consistency across the door components and resolving practical fabrication details in accordance with the approved project requirements.
